I think it's promising.
Considering we haven't really had any recent announcements apart from that one the other day, it looks like people are having faith in the future of the company. So when news is released, as it will be, this could move upwards quickly like it did just after the arrow on the chart you just posted.
Around that time also in February, the whole world economy was just starting to become volatile with the geopolitical climate which affected virtually every stock negatively as investors became more fearful. So maybe that was a factor in TTT lowering it's share price for a couple of months until the announcements from the company pushed it up quickly.
