I think you're probably right about the pay cut...not going to happen.
I find it's easier assess staff costs on a 'per person' basis. Let's assume TTT employ 25 people....
$1.23m per quarter / 3 months / 25 people = $16,400 per person / month (all expenses included)....or a projected figure of $196,800 per person / per year (all expenses included).
I think it would be interesting to know what the specific drivers are behind TTT's quarterly staff expenses.
