I have held the bike. The prototype frame looked great and was feather lite. It was however only the main frame as the forks where carbon fibre. I originally thought it was going to be 3D printed but it's not. They use a skeleton and spray the coating on before polishing. The big advantage was the speed of manufacture. From memory they where hoping to produce a finished frame in 30 mins. I believe it takes about 3 days to cure and finish a carbon fibre frame. I was given a sample aluminium tube sprayed to replicate a finned cooling tube.
