In my mind TTT is less about charts and more about whether or not you believe they can execute the deal they already have in repkon before they fall into the financial abyss.
Herbert has stated in the past that JV profits are going to be directly returned as dividends so if that were true you could be seeing a dividend that is much larger than the current market cap (i.e. a greater than 100% dividend return)

chart analysis almost always has very poor accuracy in small caps anyways
