if that is the case being a retail store centre owner and manager like Westfield's and lend lease there is alot more data to go off.
You can work off sales and trends, operating history, current environment and forecasts.
you can work a chart using that external data and market cap alone and people probably were trying to sell it to you.
but this is not the same for TTT, it's still in early revenue and has never made any significant revenue in the past.
you look at the chart, it is perpetually falling pretty much from day 0, there is just some very sharp good news rises which are followed by long term falls and that will continue to be the case until they are profitable.
A good news bump could see you triple your money here, but no amount of chart analysis will tell you when that good news will come. Your analysis is pretty much frozen at 'it will fall'
Though the market cap is so small now even small punters can make it swing
