there is probably a very undeserved panic too where investors are trying to sell 'while they still can' forgetting that they could still get a loan and they still have ~8.5 mil in agreed upon deals to be paid within the next 6 months.

other than that who knows, i don't think it's very justified what is going on, i suppose if you believe then buy during the fire sale
