I think it was you who recently stated that TTT would need to cough up their share of the 2 x Machine costs for Repkon JV.
Ive been pondering the urgency for this accelerated offer and this could be a valid explanation.
Maybe Repkon are ready to go meaning TTT need to pull their proverbial out of their proverbial.
Another reason for urgency could be they have no money left to keep the lights on... I understand that as a possibility to
