I believe the raise was to to produce more D523 machines rather than to produce barrels but we shall see
Whats interesting though is 7.6 mil is the estimated return TTT will get from the JV purchasing the two TTT machines, you then have to add facility cost, flow forming machines, heat treatment, post processing, research costs to get the true full cost of the JV
I wonder if TTT has absorbed the research cost as part of their share of the JV only time will tell, they could probably hide this cost in 'day to day' operations
