    Does anyone know who the transfer agent is? Is it Compuserve or do they just facilitate the proxy vote? I have yet to receive my proxy with the control # on it. This means I will not be able to vote and I have a large amount of shares that will not have a voice.

    I sent a message to the company via their online contact page yesterday and did not hear from them which ALSO disturbs me.
