My first ship in the US Navy was a submarine tender (USS Orion AS18) stationed out of Sardinia in the early 80's where we had subs tie up along side and we had repair divisions for specialized repairs that could be performed on subs. a portable cold spray device would do wonders as the Navy is finding out in this article and partnership with a competitor.
I hope Titomic is marketing this technology with other Navies afloat. Military orgs like to standardize with with this type of tech so once there is a foothold from a vendor, it's tough to break in to compete..
