No, they all kick in from 3c with the performance shares vesting at 3 5 and 7 cents. Thats the way things ae these days, if you want a mgmt team and Board to have some "incentive" to do a good job, you need to give them a big chunk of the company. No guarantee of course and the recently cancelled shares will attest.
