Last time TTT were at an expo and combined with another company...

Last time TTT were at an expo and combined with another company was not that long ago - remember Vaaru at the European Bike Show?
Next thing you know the media are reporting that TTT has bought Vaaru and the company provides a copy of a media release stating they have bought the company. However, no announcement to the market and the Company Secretary claims it is not finalised. I'm still confused and waiting for a formal market announcement. Now they are cosy with Amaero at another expo - what does this mean? Would be nice if TTT started to treat their shareholders like the owners of the company that we are and keep us a little better informed.
