I work in a department where there are approximately 100 scientists/staffs. It isn't easy to show the world our full capabilities, very often a lot of IPs just sits there after being filed or granted. With so much information out there and very limited resources for marketing, it's not an easy feat to sell all our technologies. If my department struggles, titomic will also struggle as it only has 30-50 staffs. The thing with marketing is, you never know where the next big client come from, maybe it's YouTube, or the internet or a LinkedIn video
