Suspect shareholders are selling because they know TTT needs to complete a CR within the next 7 months. I suspect it will be completed this side of Christmas.
My questions are, how much will they raise and what discount will be applied?
Cash Balance at June 2021 approximately $8m
Quarterly cash burn excluding grants approximately $2.5m.
TTT are in a descending trading range and are likely to trade below 30c before the end of 2021CY.
