probably a bot, wouldn't read too much into individual sales. I actually proved this to myself when the stock price was above 50c and the day was low volume, every time I adjusted my buy order the other order at the top would try to jump mine, so I worked it so the bot went higher and took it's spot at the cheaper price lol.
