I have given this some thought. Russia is the largest titanium supplier and I'm not keen on investing there. But titomic did mention that they are going to convert Australia's mineral sands as a competitor to the Russians If you want to make a speculative bet, look toward Australian mining companies with large deposits of minuets sands containing titanium.
