The secured offer on the table is $1.97*10/27 = $0.73 That a 5.5% premium.
Yet TTT insist the offer should be reject.
Let's say SRL counter offer 11 SRL unit for every 27 TTT unit. That means TTT is worth 79 cents.
That's 13% premium. Why isn't there a lot of interest???
