Quiet simple,
the stock is tightly and silently held be those like me
who think the real value is > 1 A $.
For short term traders or hedgefunds SRL`s
opportunistic move (i.e. taking advantage from TTT`s temporarily share price weakness and its own share
price strength) does not offer an interesting
arbitrage opportunity. Current premium very small
and even in your better case not offering a good
risk/chance possibility. SRL only wants to take
50% and then one gets only shares and this only after one month...
If SRL share price retreats in the meantime the "premium" can easily fade away...

Premium for a change of controll in my understanding
BTW should generally be in the range 25-35%.
Anyway personally i will definetely reject SRL`s offer
(unless they offer me cash for 100% of my shares
and a price of at least 95c)
