    My view is this is negative. Unless the manganese price has moved up, CSM is a problem.

    Issuing more TTY shares is dilutive.

    Why would you take over something like CSM when TTY could try for WPG (perfect fit).

    I am glad I sold most of my TTY holding at $1.36. (nice 350% plus CGT discount).
