Some opportune delays in ability to ship (and so get paid for) concentrate will (is) see this stock's price held underwater for some time to come.
Who wants to participate in the current rights issue if sp is 10-20% lower? TTY does, as they will increase %age holding massively. They are looking like aquiring this company for a relative song. Hope someone other than the board and management has done well out of this.
