Volume remains extremely low and it is still early days, but we may have bottomed out. I was going to top up for the last time if the SP had got down to 45c. I don't care if I don't get the chance at that level. I'm curious to find out about the take up rate in Singapore. If it is abysmal who knows where the bottom is?
