Hi Yogis

Following a court case is as exciting as watching grass grow.

I am following MMX thread and have been bemused by some of the posts as I think that MMX share price is depressed because of CHM issue and therefore deal they tried to strike is poor on the surface.

However Sino have said they wont look at MMX until the CHM issues sorted. Why would they want to dilute to half MIS assets to get MMX assets that have even a remote chance of disappearing if case is sucessful.

MMX only own half of assets and have indemnified Mitsubishi against any loss due to cases so they are only playing with 50% to begin with.

Sino I am sure wants the tie up but will want CHM sorted out either through case completed or settlement.

The amount I would make out of my small holding wont let me retire so can I go back to dreaming know but its certainly not about this.
