I think buying a local business to quickly grow TUA will always be on Teoh's radar, so you could well be on the ball there. Personally I can't see a buy out because Teoh effectively controls this through his holding and TUA is his new baby. I just can't see him willing to sell unless it is at a huge premium. Teoh will have set progressive SP targets into the future and I suspect those would be multiples of the current SP. I don't think that an offer of say $1 to 1.20 per share would receive any consideration. I'm comfortable with that because I want to see where Teoh takes TUA, which is why I'm along for the ride.
