There is also the issue of the 4m NKP shares ( and cash) that NKP gave Tony Sage for the 5% of Tubatse.
Where do NKP directors stand on that issue?
I hope that NKP has not done a behind the scene deal with Tony Sage for the remaining 10% of Tubatse. Full disclosure is required as International Goldfields have indicated that this asset has gone from their accounts.
