The Bengwenyama Community is scheduled to appear in the High Court tomorrow disputing the DMR decision to award the Prospecting Right of Eerste Geluk.Refer Annual Report page 9.

Its unknown at this stage whether Genorah will again ask for a postponement or the matter proceeds.

We need this oustanding issue to "go away" in order that the company can focus on the funding of Garatau.

Will keep you posted on the outcome.

In this gut wrenching environment all we can do is continue to exercise patience. Not a happy lad!
