    The appeal was heard on Tuesday.

    Nooitverwacht farm – judgement is next Monday whereas the Eerstegeluk farm appeal will be heard next Friday.

    I was unaware that the N farm was subject of a review/appeal.

    Hoping that we have a successful resolution next week and no more legal disputes surface.

    I have found no posts since in that thread. Can you help me along here please.
