A judgement re the N farm is due this week as per my post.The E farm case is being heard tomorrow.
It often takes several days/weeks for details of a judgement to be circulated. When I receive feedback on the appeal i will publish.

Don't forget that the B tribe were seeking an appeal as they believed that fraud had been committed. Refer to past MiningWeekly reports by using Google and Genorah Res as the search.
