    I think the $US10 million may be to do with Xstrata exercising their option (one off payment). I may be wrong but wasn't this originally due for Q3 2009? Perhaps they are still on track to meet this deadline?

    Can anybody speculate why IGC is not also in a trading halt. Surely this announcement will affect them too no matter what?
