I noticed that the neighbours just south of Modikwa had a SAHRA report done that Lists the Be ngwenyama yamaswzi Traditional and Rocka Phasha Pokwane as stakeholder tribal councils

Rocka Phasha are the tribal authority on their Goedverwachting 332KT farm and Erstegeluk is mentioned and Be ngwenyama authority includes portions of the farm Winterveld 293KT (to the north of the project area).see on page 66 of the final skoping report below...

I wasnt sure where the farms were in relation to NKWEs and found that nkwe dont rate a mention on the map see Modikwa just North of Kennedy's Vale ,on page 17 below...zoom in.... info dated November 2013
