    The bloke across the road is in his early 60’s

    One could say he’s a work aholic I’ve come to realise he had a dream to build an empire, he has achieved that.
    Working was what he got off on, money was just away to keep score.

    Hopefully he can be that one in a million who can come back from stage 4.
