Depends on what time frame you're working on, whether you care about bid/ask spreads etc. For SPI Futures, I just like to get it over and done with quickly with real data, before the games begin... as a 10 or 20 minute delay seems like a lifetime to me, seeing you can get a 20 point bar within 5 minutes...
