Even if there's a second leg down, more retailers will enter on the basis that central banks will save them.
I don't know what will eventually cause this overconfidence and extremely high risk tolerance in retailers to die down.
Investing is pretty much gambling now.
Whatever you pick, goes up it seems. Even Q2 earnings are expected to be worst. So even if they are slightly better, markets will rally
