Ahhh the joys of mechanical equipment. It never ceases to amaze me how a less than $1 part can make many hundreds, thousands or millions of dollars piece of equipment rendered useless. I found out today a $0.35 O ring was enough to call it quits with the pressure washer. It is about the size/roundness of a 1cent aussie coin if you can remember them.
