The upward momentum on Wall Street partly reflects optimism about a coronavirus vaccine after Moderna's (MRNA) early-stage human trial for a vaccine produced antibodies in all 45 participants.
A safe proven vaccine derisks everything. These vaccines have already been tested on primates and found to work. So, the tests on humans are really about safety and confirmation of the previous results.
