which seems to suggest that Premier has options over the Fusion share of PSC B and PSC A when something is declared commercial. Chinguetti did that for PSC B - so Fusion has sold out of that - and will presumably be bought out of PSC A when either Sotto and Bogue is declared commercial.
Given that Fusion was taken over by Sterling - then at the end of the day - their only interest would seem to be via the their partnership with the government of Mauritania.
Could anyone - especially those involved with the stock longer than me - confirm if this is their understanding?
