I'm not sure if you're trolling....

most small business owners I know have either chosen not to keep staff on with jobkeeper cause they have to pay super and leave entitlements OR they are using jobkeeper for now and intend to lay staff off in September.

all small businesses (the biggest combined employer in the country) are looking to reduce their staff and simplify businesses after this to reduce their risks.

hard recession coming up and mass unemployment happenning in late September when businesses can't afford the staff on jobkeeper.

a quick bounce back is not happenning on the ground.
