Search is post by post, looking for a time, name, valid code and valid number.

From there formulas look for:
On Time,
RDBST(ascending order on the amount of times) (Right Date Before Start Time)
and
RDAFT(ascending order on the amount of times) (Right Date After Finish Time)

From there ONTIME picks are weeding out double ups, moderations, out of range limits etc...
RDBST & RDAFT are used if no other tips are validated during the night to bring up "if on time scenarios" in the daily wrap ups.
