CNBC: The DOW slid more than 80 points at the open and then bobbed in and out of positive territory throughout the day. Stocks ended lower after a late selloff. It was a see-saw session as investors cheered a pair of encouraging U.S. manufacturing reports but many worries still nagged at the market.
