They did say they would need to verify CSDs claim that the reinstatement conditions have been met. I didn’t bother saying that as it is moot if CSD haven’t even stepped up to claim they have done so.

it wouldn’t make sense for them to have gone though all of this if it isn’t their intention to relist. Whether or not they can pull it off is a different matter.

ASX was clear that for any details of note to be provided to us shareholders that these would have to come from CSD. That was expected I just wanted to be able to contact the Company prepared for any false claims by them that the ASX was the problem.
