    On my rough calculations,wouldn't it be 14.9% discount on current nta(69c-11c=58c)since this would be the first part of the dilution..then factoring in downturn in valuations,remainder of the 75% dilution in the future,i'd say cnp may bounce to 25-30c t/morrow...cer will go alot further
