Personally I'm not expecting ryder until late January, early feb based on past news being late. Can't be dissapointed that way;). As for Co2 well that could be before or after so no point worring about it. Pre ryder would be a bonus but is another company going to be willing to commit themselves without it? Even if they sign a deal before, they may make it conditional based on the report findings and therefore ELK may not be able to annouce any deal beforehand.

What ever the case is no one knows when so posts saying it could be next week or pre christmas are hot air just as this post is;)
