Interesting thought farsight.
If I were a fund manager, I would be selling before all the other chumps cottoned on. ie: I would be selling parcels of shares everyday, but not too much to start pressuring the upwards thrust.
I would slowly put my money into cash accounts bearing 5% interest, and wait for the change of market sentiment.
The risk of trying to ignite a rally would be huge, and imaging the funds you would have invested trying to get it there. If it didn't happen, you'd be out on the street.
