I guess what I was trying to say was XJO has been moving better than DOW. DOW has been in deep red last week, yet XJO was only down less than half of DOW's. Considering DOW had a late rally this morning, I kindda felt that XJO would have gain more this morning (plus the much anticipated interest rate cut).
Not really good at explaining things so pardon my skill.
