yep, my stops got hit - and because of my 'trading rules', i've lost nothing - well, no cash at least, i did lose the trading profit but a good trader will never dwell on that cause a good trader never loses much trading profit. was no more than 20 points on ftse and dax

got out dead even. market is whipsawing around too much for me to re-enter, i do feel there will be a really good decent move to trade tonight but i'm not sure it'll be one you can sleep on due to the eratic movements. am probably going to go to bed with no positions (though i do prefer to go to bed with positions held because they are the ones i normally make the most money on - set my stops and head to bed, wake up in the morning either having lost a small amount, or having made heaps!!!
