Long term trend line from May 2010 lows in red, currently $3.28. We got rejected there this morning

Yellow (10day) regression line crossed the Orange (100day) from above, needs time to turn back to cross from below.
I think we may be back in distribution phase, High + Low 50% = $3.25.
