Gold in a wedge and even SPI is a bit wedgie.
Wedges can be terminal moves that rapidly correct to the start of the wedge, retrace a bit and then continue in the opposite direct of the wedge.
They can also be a launching pad to much greater things if they break out in the direction the wedge is going.
In the latter case, expect a prolonged move once the breakout happens.
When they appear late in a prolonged move they are usually terminal.
