It happens so fast, people always say "It's not a pump and dump, volume is too high."

Pump and dumps dont start at 30%. Stock is falling for some time, people start discussing it, one or two big buyers drive price up 5-10% then others jump on and say "The stock is turning around, all aboard the NOR train choo choo" then a whole bunch of buyers here jump on board, sentiment changes everyone gets excited, stock rises 15-20% hits the radar of other traders and they buy. after usually 2-3 candles it ends. This was the 2nd candle.
Easy to say after the fact yes, but I did say pump and dump a few times today and was ignored.


I sold, but it could run again tomorrow.
