Why should a someone take litigation against a journalist? Facts and 'facts' can be interpreted in many ways and twisting of 'facts' then becomes common practice. Personally I couldn't care less who takes or doesn't take to court. So if you have better things to do, go right ahead. But what I should not tolerate is someone bashing a company when there are readily and easily verifiable facts that can prove the company's assets.
