The news will be seen via SP movement especially when dealing with corrupt people like the Malaysian gov & MS ect.
If the TOL is really on its way expect $1.30+ prior to the ann, and the same on the down side where the LT buy & holders will be left holding the bag when the bad news eventually hits the market.
Even NC got out before the last decline lol.
