Yes, Betashares I contacted they said some nonsense in reply. One thing they said was if XJO is up 0.1% then they have to round the figure so BBOZ/ BBUS can be down by 0.4%. So they argued over one hourly time frame when my query was of a one year time frame. Brilliant!
If held for a year with market fluctuations you would effectively be paying 10% to 20% or more just for the pleasure of holding their product with no dividend.
This scam has prevented me from getting out a long time ago as the XJO has been lower than my buy in price but the BBOZ/BBUS was also lower and by a lot.
